It's My Birthday!!!

That's right.  I'm 21 (and a bit).  ;)


I had lots of birthday wishes and cards; even one from Zachary. 

I also had a nice Chinease meal for dinner followed by a chocolate cake decorated with Happy Birthday candles.

For my birthday I was given a jewelery box as I've been storing my various pieces in multiple little boxes.  Now I can see where everything is.

HAPPY NEW YEAR

Well I'll tell you from the outset that this year was indeed a very quiet celebration.

The reason?

After a lovely Christmas day we went home and on Boxing day Mike woke up with the flu.  He's had it ever since.

On New Years Eve the Wayward Child developes the flu.

We managed to stay up until 5 mins past midnight; just long enough to say 'Happy New Year' before passing out.  Not a drop of alchol was had. 

So basically, we have been in quarantine from Boxing day.
