Cordon Blue

A gastronomic delight was prepared by our friend who was an ex chief in our kitchen to celebrate Easter.

First Course:
- Freshly baked bread with an omelet style topping.

Main Course:
- Spiced chicken breast on a bed of Moroccan styled cous cous and a side of leafy salad.

Desert:
- Freshly baked puff pastry with apple and pistachio topping

It was delicious!!!!!!
